Shall I part my hair behind? Do I dare to eat a peach?
I shall wear white flannel trousers, and walk upon the beach.
I have heard the mermaids singing, each to each.

I do not think that they will sing to me.
I have seen them riding seaward on the waves
Combing the white hair of the waves blown back
When the wind blows the water white and black.

We have lingered in the chambers of the sea
By sea-girls wreathed with seaweed red and brown
Till human voices wake us, and we drown.

- The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock, by T.S Elliot.

but love without pain isn't really romance.

there are pretty rainbows outside the house.

this is not going fast enough.

to everyone who's lost someone they love
long before it was their time
you feel like the days you had were not enough
when you said goodbye

and to all of the people with burdens & pains
keeping you back from your life
you believe that there's nothing and there is no one
who can make it right

for the ones who can't break addictions and chains
you try to give up but you come back again
just remember that you're not alone in your shame
and your suffering
