Through the pain, I am strengthenned,
"Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." - This line has become so real to me. How did He forgive though the people He came to save hurt Him, inflicted Him and tortured Him?

Love,
unconditionally.

As He is, so are we,
I will learn to love those who hurt me,
learn to control my emotions,
though feelings point to the needs in my heart,
I know I can move on.
He heals it all,
and He has shown me how to love in spite of it all.
